· Computer

Internet access – five computers can be
accessed during ‘Open Sessions’ (see
Timetable) at a minimal charge (see
Computer Access). The
computers are all linked to a copier to enable black and white printing and
a colour printer. Assistance can be given at no extra charge in the use of
computers if necessary.
· Office services
–
photocopying, laminating and graphics facilities charged at low rates to assist residents and small local businesses.
· Leaflets
–
a wide range of information is available to take away covering topics such as housing, legal rights, activities for young people, health, support groups and advice for older people.
· Community activities –
details of groups, activities and events happening in Castle Ward and who to contact to get involved.

· Volunteer opportunities
–
Castle Community Office is open six days a week and this would not be possible without the regular commitment of volunteers. In return for this commitment, volunteers receive training, support and free Internet access.
· Training sessions –
as suitable tutors and funds permit, free or low-cost classes are run from Castle Community Office on topics ranging from basic computer skills to digital photography and
hand sewing.
